St Katherines Church

Welcome to the web-pages of St Katherines Church in the north-east corner of Dunstable.

St Katherine's ChurchSt Katherines was founded in 1968. It is located on the Hadrian Estate in the North East quadrant of the town. The estate is a mature one with good communications with the rest of the town, regular public transport, its own set of shops, including a small supermarket, schools and four public houses. St Katherines is part of the Luton and Dunstable URC Pastorate, which consists of five URC Churches, two of which are in Dunstable. The Revd Sue Chapman, based in Luton, serves the team as a Minister, and there is also a vacancy at the present time. The church became part of the Anglican Parish when a sharing agreement was entered into with the Anglican Church. The Anglicans provided a minimum of one-third ministry.

The church believes it has potential for growth. The building is well used by the community and the activities cater for a wide age range.
